our family holidays

Have many funny precious memories of family nholidays in Cornwall, when Mum,Dad ,her five siblings and all of their offsprings would vertually rake over Quarry Fields holiday camp in Crantock.  .The games we used to play, especially Bums To The Waves when we all stood in a line on the waves edge, holding hands letting the waves break over us .This was played because Dad being blind could not go swimming so this was the next best thing giving us many laughs.     To get to the beach we walked down a long winding lane  which we named Pasty Lane .Mum (Gran) would frighten the kids to death with her stories of Flying Pasties that could hit you on the head.,especially if it was getting dark ! !  Thank you Mum and Dad for such precious, priceless times, something money just cant buy.
